🛍️ For Storage Bags orders — you are welcome to open the parcel and verify the product before making payment to the PostEx courier.

📦 For ALL OTHER products — parcels must be accepted as sealed. Opening before payment is NOT permitted for other items.

If PostEx delivery attempt fails:

🔟 Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

📸 Take photos of the damaged item immediately

🔄 We will arrange replacement or refund via PostEx
✅ No extra charges for wrong or damaged items

⚠️ For Storage Bags — please check the item before paying the PostEx rider. We cannot accept damage claims after payment for storage bags.
